Bred and sold by Kia Ora Stud, People’s Knight 2yo colt (pictured as yearling) was a stunning yearling and quickly caught the eye of astute bloodstock agent George Moore. He cost $1million at Inglis Easter and was the most expensive yearling by Exceed and Excel sold in 2014, it was pleasing to see him win at his 2nd start a griffin in Hong Kong over 1200m.
Allegra has a 2014 filly Exceed and Excel full sister to People’s Knight and is expected to foal a Mossman colt or filly this spring which will be a close relation to Mossfun winner of the Golden Slipper.
